H2Only vs Mineral Water

How Much Water Should I Drink?
Generally, health experts would recommend drinking a minimum of  8 250ml glasses of liquid a day, as all the liquid we drink contributes to healthy bodily functions. We’d go a step further and recommend eight glasses of H2Only per day.
